Massage is the best way to help the mind, body and soul relax, revitalise de-stress and bring about peace and harmony. A range of Swedish Massage techniques are used to help soothe those aches and pains away with varying pressure that is beneficial for you... This massage is delivered through the use of the hands of the therapist directly on your body and a range of massage oils are used in combination to help deliver a smooth flowing and client friendly massage treatment.
Hot Stone Massage Therapy…
This unbelievable treatment will leave you speechless, it utilises approximately 85 stones in varying temperatures and sizes. The heat from warm basalt stones penetrates deeply to help loosen and soothe tightened congested muscles. The cool marble stones are used to reduce inflammation; creating a balanced and rejuvenating treatment. The stones originate from volcanoes and are then shaped and designed to deliver a hot stone massage.
What to expect when you arrive for your treatment...
On your initial appointment a consultation will be carried out prior to any treatment. This is a necessary requirement for the therapist to establish your health needs and any areas that will need addressing in your treatment plan.
Following the consultation the treatment plan will be tailored to benefit your health and wellbeing to suit you as an individual. Please allow extra time for consultation on intial appointment.
On further treatments a review for any changes or any new health needs will be taken into account and treatment will be delivered according to your health needs to give you the best benefits of your massage therapy. Following each treatment after care advice will be given to help you achieve the most out of your massage treatments.
