After Care...
 
  • Please drink upto 2 litres of water for upto two days following massage to help encourage the elimination of toxins. However, please note it is common to be voiding water more frequently then your average and this is perfectly normal. 
  • On day of treatment following your massage please consume a light diet to ease the presure off the relaxed digestive system.
  • Please report any reaction to massage mediums (oils) to the therapist and seek medical advice from your G.P if any form of reaction does not settle. This is a very rare as the oils are 100% natural.
  • It is important to take the relaxed feeling with you home and continue to allow for optimum relaxation by taking it steady for a couple of days following treatment. This allows the effects of massage to continue the restoration of good health.
